Jennifer Ross is a self-declared communications enthusiast who loves the challenge of all B2C branding projects, no matter the size. An Illinois native, Jennifer is a recent Integrated Marketing Communications graduate of Aurora University, just outside the rush-hour traffic of Chicago.

In 2014, after initially pursuing a computer programming degree, Jennifer inadvertently landed a job as a digital marketer focusing on rebranding a small B2C company. After single-handedly increasing sales over 130% in a 12-month span, Jennifer realized that her true love was introducing businesses to their customers through communications and public relations with a garnish of ravishing product photography to fully captivate fans.

Making the connection between what a company has and a consumer wants became the focus of Jennifer’s career passion.

Jennifer most enjoys the challenge of finding the key to creating lifetime client and consumer relationships through content marketing, blogging and copywriting, social media marketing, website development, product branding, photography and placement, public relations, SEO/SEM, PPC, and reliable customer service all with a professional communication basis.

Jennifer has also worked for a privately-run elementary school in Illinois with the goal of increasing enrollment by way of promoting the school’s presence in the Fox Valley area and also has experienced a position in the global digital marketing field for a B2B software company working with associates and clients in over 20 countries.

RJ Watters, partner, jross digital | CEO of Watters Global

RJ Watters is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for understanding the interworking of branding and digital marketing that creates opportunities for companies to achieve success in their field. A 13-year resident of Arizona, RJ is a 2011 communications graduate from Arizona State University where the winters are warm and the summers are sweltering.

While completing his education at ASU, RJ worked in the marketing department of a well-known Phoenix travel agency. During his five years there, he was quickly promoted to marketing director and helped the agency generate 5 million in annual sales. Upon the completion of his degree, RJ began his own valet trash company and digital marketing firm.

RJ has been in business for himself for over five years and during this time he has worked with e-commerce, B2B, and non-profit customers throughout the nation. Understanding the amount of customers that can be reached through digital avenues, RJ focuses on assisting individuals in starting their own valet trash business as well as managing the rebranding, website design, SEO/SEM and other forms of digital marketing for companies of various sizes. 

RJ looks forward to expanding the digital footprint of all of his companies through SEO/SEM best practices, while at the same time helping clients achieve the same success with their start-ups or long-time running businesses. His ability to understand the analytical data he interacts with, and forecasting the best direction to take companies in, truly sets him apart.

RJ is a real estate enthusiast with a passion for helping his local community. He currently invests in fix-and-flip properties in the Scottsdale area in his spare time. RJ also actively sits on the board of directors for a local Scottsdale charity helping youth, family, and seniors in crisis.
